This is how the dough is made –
1) Take one cup i.e. 150 grams of wheat flour and pulse in a bowl. After that, take half a cup of curd and mix it well with the flour, keep in mind that the curd should not be sour, for this it would be better if you prepare the curd at home.

2) Now first add half a cup of water to that mixture and mix it well, and then add another half a cup of water and mix it well. After this, take care that there are no lumps left in the flour, for this mix well as per the recipe.

3) When the mixture of flour, water and curd dissolves well, keep it covered for about 30 to 40 minutes. After 30 to 40 minutes, add coriander leaves as per your taste, salt as per taste, two finely chopped green chillies and two finely chopped onions and mix well.

4) After that add half teaspoon turmeric and one teaspoon chaat masala, this will make the taste even better.

5) Now you have to heat the pan by placing it on the gas. When it is hot, pour some oil on it and spread it. After some time, spread our prepared mixture properly on the pan and bake it well.
