And this flour will remain absolutely fresh and will not turn black at all. So let's know about this trick.

First of all, knead the flour with water as usual. After kneading the dough, grease your hands with refined oil and apply it on the kneaded dough and store it in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. By doing this your flour does not turn black for two days.

If you have to store the flour for four to five days, then add a little salt to it while kneading it. Then store it as described above. Your flour will not turn black comfortably for four to five days.
