My views on agricultural laws are personal, have no connection with the party: Kangana

Latest News :- After the party strongly condemned her comments on agricultural laws, BJP MP and actress Kangana Ranaut has said that these are her personal views and have nothing to do with the party's stand. Kangana, BJP MP from Mandi parliamentary constituency, had once again created controversy by saying that the three agricultural laws which were repealed due to farmers' protests should be brought back. In such a situation, BJP said on Tuesday that his comments have nothing to do with the party and condemned it saying that he is not authorized to make such comments on behalf of the party.

BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia said in a video message, “Kangana Ranaut's comments are her personal statement. He said this does not reflect the BJP's stand on agricultural laws. After this, in a post published on X page, he expressed his views and said, “Of course, my views on agricultural laws are personal. “This does not reflect the party's position on him.

Earlier, actress and BJP MP Ranaut had said in an interview given to the media, “I know that my opinion will definitely be controversial. But all three agricultural laws should be withdrawn. Farmers themselves should raise their demands. Farmers are the mainstay of the country's development. I appeal to them to demand reinstatement of the farm laws that benefit them.” There was controversy again over his opinion.

This is not the first time that Kangana Ranaut has been reprimanded by the party for her comments. BJP had criticized Kangana for her comments on the farmers' strike last month. It is also worth noting that he was advised to exercise restraint while making such comments in future.
