Meiyazhagan OTT Release: Tamil superstar Karthi is all set to share screens with Arvind Swamy for the first time in the duo’s much-awaited upcoming movie titled Meiyazhagan.
Acclaimed movie director Preem Kumar, who is hailed for his exceptional work in the movie 96, is joining forces with Karthi once again for the movie scheduled to hit the big screens tomorrow September 27th, 2024.
Meanwhile, with the comedy-drama just a day away from making it to the theaters, reports regarding its official streaming partner have also emerged on social media, further hyping up the already souring buzz around the film’s premiere to a whole different level.
Meiyazhagan OTT Partner Revealed
According to the reports, Netflix has purchased Meiyazhagan’s digital streaming rights ahead of the film’s release for a decent amount of money. This suggests that following the conclusion of its Box Office run, the flicker will make its much-awaited digital debut on Netflix, allowing viewers to enjoy it right from the comfort of their homes.
However, the exact OTT premiere date of the Arvind Swamy starrer isn’t out yet and will be only unveiled by the makers after the film wraps up its theatrical run in the cinemas.
Cast and Production
In its star-studded cast, Meiyazhagan features Karthi, Arvind Swamy, Sri Divya, and Rajkiran in pivotal roles. Additionally, the comedy entertainer also sees Devadarshini, Saran Shakthi, Karunakaran, Ilavarasu, Sriranjani, Jayaprakash, Swathi Konde and Raichal Rebecca essaying other side characters. Jyothika in association with Suriya has produced the movie under the banner of 2D Entertainment.
