Kaju Katli Barfi: Make market-like Kaju Katli Barfi at home with three ingredients.
Material:
1 cup cashew nuts (kaju)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1-2 tbsp ghee
Silver work for decoration (optional)

Method:
Grinding Cashews:
Grind cashews into fine powder. Keep it coarse, so that it can settle well in the bowl.
Making syrup:
Add water and sugar in a pan. Cook on medium flame until the sugar dissolves completely. Then bring the syrup to one string consistency.
Mixing Cashews:
Add cashew powder to the syrup and mix well. Keep stirring continuously so that the mixture does not stick.
Add cardamom powder:
When the mixture becomes smooth and starts thickening, add cardamom powder to it and mix well.
Setting the hot mix:
Grease a plate with ghee. Pour the mixture into it and spread it in an even layer. Keep in mind that the mixture is very hot, so be cautious.
Decorate:
When the katli cools down a bit, cut it into desired shapes with a knife. Add silver work on top (if using).
Serve:
Let the Kaju Katli cool completely and then serve.
