Elvish Yadav and Singh Fazilpuria came under ED's radar, agency attached properties of UP-Haryana

New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken major action against YouTuber Elvish Yadav and singer Fazilpuriya. ED has seized the property of Elvish Yadav and Singer Fazilpuriya. The Enforcement Directorate has attached this property in UP-Haryana. Let us tell you that ED has already recorded the statements of Elvish Yadav and Singer Fazilpuriya and has also interrogated both of them for a long time.

The central agency had registered the case against Elvish and his associates in May, taking cognizance of the FIR and charge sheet lodged by Uttar Pradesh's Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida) district police, and charged them under PMLA. Haryana's singer Rahul Yadav alias Rahul Fazilpuriya has relations with Elvish Yadav, in this case the ED had also interrogated him.

Elvish Yadav was arrested by Noida Police on March 17 in connection with the investigation into suspected use of snake venom for entertainment at parties. After which Noida Police has registered a case against controversial YouTuber and reality show Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Alvish Yadav under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, Wildlife Protection Act and several sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Maneka Gandhi's NGO had complained

Elvish Yadav was among the six people named in the FIR lodged at Sector 49 police station in Noida on November 3 last year on the complaint of Maneka Gandhi's NGO People for Animals. Five other accused, all snake charmers, were arrested in November and later granted bail by a local court. Nine snakes, including five cobras, were recovered from the possession of five snake charmers arrested from a banquet hall in Noida on November 3 last year, while 20 ml of suspected snake venom was also seized.

However, the police had said that Elvish Yadav was not present at the banquet hall and they are investigating his role in the case, in which snake venom was allegedly used for entertainment. In April this year, Noida Police had filed a charge sheet of more than 1,200 pages in this case. Police officials had said that these allegations include smuggling of snakes, use of narcotics and organizing rave parties.
