New Delhi: Technology company Dell has asked its global sales team to work from office. The company said, employees who are able to work from office will have to come to office after September 30, 2024. He will work from office for 5 days.

According to a memo by news agency Reuters, the company took the decision to enhance skills and take advantage of the collaborative environment. The company has clearly said that work from home i.e. remote mode should be done occasionally, it should not be regular.

Employees come to office for the first three days

The company expects its sales team to work in the office with customers and partners for five days. Earlier the SAIL team used to work 3 days from office and 2 days from home.

Dell has said that if sales team members cannot go to a Dell office, they can continue to work in remote mode. However, the company will seek more information from these employees. After the Corona epidemic, many tech companies started work from home mode. Many tech companies now want employees to come to the office two to three days a week.
