Life Style: Many people in India like to eat potato paratha for breakfast. You do not need much time or many ingredients to make potato paratha. But home made potato parathas pale in comparison to the potato parathas made at dhaba. If you want to enjoy Aloo Parantha from Dhaba or Hotel at home, then you must try this very easy recipe.

To make Aloo Paratha Dhaba, first of all you have to take 2 cups of flour and knead it well. – Now cover the kneaded dough and keep it for 5 minutes.

Then add salt to 6 boiled potatoes. Add finely chopped coriander, 4 finely chopped green chillies and 5 cm grated ginger to the mashed potatoes.

Now add 2 tablespoons mustard oil in the pan and let it heat. Add one spoon cumin, finely chopped onion and green chilli in hot oil and fry for some time.

Now add mashed potatoes to the pan and stir the mixture well for about 2 minutes.

Then make pedas from the dough, fill them with potato stuffing and then roll them.

Apply ghee on the pan and cook the paratha until it turns light red from both the sides. Now your hot Aloo Parantha is ready to serve.

You can easily prepare Dhaba Style Aloo Parantha for two people in just 10 minutes. You can serve this Aloo Paratha hot with any chutney, pickle or vegetable.
