The girl's mother was not at home at the time of the incident. After the mother left the house, the father did lewd acts and when she stopped him, he raped her. A woman, while filing a case against her second husband on Thursday evening, said that she had gone to Pehar on Wednesday. She had left her 16-year-old elder daughter and 12-year-old son at home. On Wednesday night, the husband approached the daughter and did obscene acts. When the daughter protested, the accused squeezed her mouth and raped her. When the mother returned home after the incident, the daughter told her about the stepfather's actions. The mother called the police and handed over the accused to the police.

Police say that the father has been arrested on the complaint of the mother for raping a minor girl. He is the stepfather of the girls. The woman had married for the second time.
