Telecom company's service will change from October 1, know this way

Obnews Digital Desk. Telecom companies are going to change their important rules from October 1, in which for the convenience of the customers, it will be told which mobile service i.e. 2G, 3G, 4G or 5G is available in their area. Under this rule, every telecom company will have to display this thing in its website and it is mandatory for everyone.

Different signals for every state

Many times it happens that the company provides its own data and gives different signals in every city. At many places 5G signals are good, while at other places 2G services are good. In such a situation, it has been made mandatory for the telecom company to provide information on its website to increase the quality of its service and to enable people to take the right decision as to which data will be appropriate to use in their area.

There will be changes from October 1

From October 1, only secure URLs or OTP links will be sent in messages for communication. Apart from this, by September 30, the first marketing calls starting from 140 series will be transferred to the digital platform, so that monitoring can be simplified.

This rule is important for the customers as it will help them easily get information about which service is available to them. This will provide correct information to the company as well as the customers and will make it easier for the telecom company to improve its network and answer customer questions.
