Princess of Banda will get death sentence or will get mercy, the suspense will end within 24 hours.

New Delhi: Suspense is going to continue for 24 more hours on the death sentence of Banda Princess in Dubai. Tomorrow i.e. on Sunday, the mercy petition filed by the princess's father in the Supreme Court of Dubai is going to be heard. After which the curtain will be lifted on whether the princess will get death penalty or she will be spared.

September 21 was fixed as the date of hanging of disabled Shahzadi, a resident of Banda, Uttar Pradesh, who was lodged in UAE's Abu Dhabi jail. The UAE court had fixed September 21 as the date for hanging the princess. The old parents of the death row princess reached Dubai crying and appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to save their daughter and are requesting for remission from death sentence. The Government of India has filed a mercy petition there through the family members.

The princess was trapped in the trap of smugglers

Shehzadi, a resident of Mugli village Goyra of Mataundh police station of Banda, used to work in a social organization named Roti Bank. Through Facebook, Princess came in contact with Uzair, a resident of Agra. The princess got trapped in the love trap of an alleged human trafficker. The princess's face was burnt and Uzair called her to Agra for treatment. From there, in the name of treatment, the princess was sold to couple Faiz and Nadia, residents of Agra and currently living in Dubai, and sent to Dubai. There the princess had to work as a domestic maid and also had to endure the tortures of Faiz and his wife.

Death penalty for murder of child

Meanwhile, Faiz's 4 year old son died during his illness. The couple living in Dubai held the princess responsible for this and got her arrested. Four months ago, the Dubai court had sentenced the princess to death for the murder of a child. On this, the family members of the princess filed a complaint in Banda CJM Court and on the orders of the court, a case was registered against the accused Uzair and the couple living in Dubai. Also appealed to PM Modi to save the princess.

According to the princess's family, the princess has got permission to talk to her family in Abu Dhabi jail and the princess called her father and informed him and also sent a court order there, from which it came to light that the princess will be released on 21st September this month. The date of execution was fixed, but after his father filed a mercy petition, this date has been shifted to September 29.

I called and asked for help

The victim, Shahzadi, called her father and asked for help from social workers and political parties. She said that after being released from Abu Dhabi jail, she wanted to bring her treatment to the attention of the world. After which the father appealed to the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi to save his daughter. The Government of India jointly filed this mercy petition in Dubai. In the hearing on the mercy petition on Sunday, it will be clear whether the princess will get death penalty or the court will waive her punishment.
