Citroen C3 Automatic prices revealed: Variants, features, engine, specs

Citroen India has revealed the prices of the new Citron C3 Automatic. The car was revealed a little over a month ago with new features and an AT gearbox. The C3 turbo is offered with a sole turbo petrol engine and in top-spec Shine form priced between Rs 9.99 lakh to Rs 10.27 lakh (ex-showroom). Interested customer can book the car online or by visiting their nearest dealership, deliveries are expected to begin soon.

Talking about the detailed pricing, the top-spec Shine is offered in four additional specs – Shine – Rs 9.99 lakh, Shine Vibe Pack Rs 10.12 lakh, Shine Dual Tone Rs 10.15 lakh and Shine Dual Tone Vibe Pack Rs 10.27 lakh (all prices ex-showroom).The Dual Tone variants get a two-tone exterior finish and the Vibe Pack adds a few cosmetic touches.

The C3 Automatic is powered by the same Puretech 110, 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder, turbo petrol engine which puts out 110 PS of power and 205 nm of torque. It comes paired with a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. This same setup also does the job in the C3 Aircross and Basalt coupe SUV.

The updated C3 gets projector LED headlights, and turn indicators integrated into the wing mirrors which were previously located on the front fenders. The ORVMs will also auto-folding function. Other than this, there are no external changes made to the hatch. Moving inside, the C3 also gets a 7.0-inch full-digital instrument cluster display and automatic climate control. The rear power window switch has been shifted to individual door cards (previously positioned behind the hand brake).

Other features include 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment systemelectrically adjustable ORVMs, a rear parking camera, day/night IRVM, 15-inch diamond cut alloys, fog lights, rear wiper and washer, rear skid plates, a rear defogger. The hatch now also gets six airbags as standard and it continues to get other safety features such as Electronic Stability Program (ESP), TPMS, and hill hold assist, ABS, EBD, and rear parking sensors.
