Subsequently, Sanjay Raut's lawyers filed two petitions seeking temporary suspension of the sentence and bail for Sanjay Raut. Accepting these, Magistrate Aarti Kulkarni suspended the jail sentence given to Sanjay Raut for 30 days and granted him bail.
