Sharing on her social media, Rose’s caption to Ally post read, ” Meet Ally who dropped 20kg and got in the best shape of her Prior to starting her journey with Bfit, Ally was unsure how to train or eat for her goals. She was doing multiple group fitness classes per week, confused how to eat for her goals.”

Isabella shared what actually got her results:

  2. prioritising rest days
  3. aiming for a daily step goal
  4. following a hyper flexible diet that educated her on how to eat for long term success (she not only lost 20kg but has also kept it off long term).

This approach was manageable, sustainable, enjoyable and clearly, worked. And the best part? She achieved this incredible result while living a life she loved. Ally attended social events and ate out at restaurants multiple times per week during her journey.

“So remember, if you want to create a leaner and more toned physique, stop simply doing more work. Strip your training and nutrition down to the basics and focus on nailing it consistently,” advices Rose.
