She expresses worry about how Ruhi would sabotage the name. Armaan requests Abhira to not overthink. Abhira stands upset as she accuses him of snatching her right away. Trying to hide the big secret, Armaan attempts to convince Abhira to let Ruhi name their baby. He suggests that Abhira give their child a nickname, to which Abhira agrees.
Elsewhere, Abhir chases Manish on the road. Swarna screams at Manish to call the police. Manish wonders who the man in the car chasing them is. They come to a halt and Abhir returns the gift to Manish. Confused about the situation, Manish questions Abhir about him following their car. Abhir simply replies that he returned to take back what is his. Later, Abhira notices something suspicious about Manish’s behaviour. She asks him about it only to get no answers. Abhira doubts that similar to Ruhi, Manish is hiding something from her.

The Poddars celebrate the baby’s naming ceremony. Manish requests Ruhi to reveal the name she chose. However, Abhira stops Ruhi and declares that they are lucky to have a joint family. Abhira and Armaan urge the family to make a donation in the baby’s name. But, when the same nurse who delivered Abhira’s baby enters the room, Rohit begins sweating. He chases the nurse dreading that she would reveal his secret.
The nurse approaches Rohit and asks him to not take stress. Rohit warns her to leave before anyone spots her. However, the nurse becomes adamant to reveal that the baby belongs to Ruhi, not Abhira. Just then, Vidya spots Rohit and begins walking towards him. Rohit swiftly takes Vidya back to the ceremony with a worried look on his face.

The new parents undo a string that showers them with balloons scribbled with the baby’s name. While the family reads the name, Ruhi stands confused when Abhira says that she loves the name she picked. A flashback shows Ruhi choosing the name Ashubh, meaning a bad omen, for the child. But, Abhira’s smile suggests that she double-crossed Ruhi’s plan and managed to not ruin the ceremony.
