The tech company will pay employees 66 yuan (about Rs 770) for each legitimate post introducing them to someone outside the company on an internal dating platform. To get this amount, the employee of the company will have to date a person outside the company. During this period, if the relationship is maintained for three months, the company will also give an even bigger gift. It is being said that under this initiative, both the people making the relationship will be paid 1,000 Yuan (approximately Rs 11,650) by the company.
