Material:
Peanuts: 1 cup
Ghee: 2 spoons
Jaggery: ½ cup
Grated coconut: ½ cup

First of all, fry 1 cup peanuts well on medium flame. After roasting, remove the peels of the peanuts. Put roasted peanuts in the mixer and grind them coarsely. Heat 2 spoons of ghee in a pan. Add half cup of jaggery in it and melt the jaggery on low flame. After the jaggery melts, turn off the gas. When the jaggery is lukewarm, add ground peanuts to it. Mix cardamom powder and half cup grated coconut with it. To make laddu, mix all the ingredients well. Now give this mixture the shape of laddus. Let the laddus cool down. Store them in an airtight container. If stored properly, these laddus do not spoil for a week.
