Unique recipe for making Cabbage Paratha: Perfect taste of winter

Material:
Dough for Paratha:
- Wheat flour: 2 cups
- Salt: as per taste
- Water: to knead the dough
- Ghee or oil: for baking
For the filling:
- Grated cabbage: 2 cups
- Green chilli: 2 finely chopped
- Ginger: 1 teaspoon (grated)
- Green Coriander: 2 tsp (chopped)
- Red chilli powder: half teaspoon
- Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
- Garam masala: half teaspoon
- Salt: as per taste
Method of preparation:
1. Kneading the Dough:
Mix wheat flour, some salt and water in a large vessel and knead a soft dough. Keep it covered for 15-20 minutes.
2. Preparing Cabbage Stuffing:
Heat some oil in a pan and add ginger and green chillies. After this add grated cabbage and fry it lightly. Add salt and remaining spices in it. Cook the cabbage until the water dries up. When it cools down, add green coriander.
3. Rolling and baking the paratha:
- Make small balls of dough.
- Roll out a ball and place the cabbage filling in it.
- Close it by folding it from all sides and gently roll it into a round shape.
- Apply ghee or oil on a hot pan and cook the paratha until golden and crisp from both the sides.
4. Serve:
Serve hot cauliflower paratha with curd, butter or chutney of your choice.
Tips:
- Before stuffing the cauliflower, remove all the extra water from it, so that it becomes easier to roll the paratha.
- You can increase or decrease the spices as per your choice.
