Mehboob Alam, a resident of Urdu Bazaar Mohalla of Nagar Kotwali area, had given a written complaint in the police station Kotwali that a person named Usman had abused his girls and women and when they protested, these people entered the house and beat up the women and girls. He was badly beaten and was admitted to the district hospital for medical treatment.
The victim has alleged that a man named Usman, who had a domineering nature, used to threaten him every day by pretending to be powerful, but when the women and girls of the house protested against him today, he entered the house and beat the women and girls badly and took away their clothes. Tore with bad intentions.
After which the victim met the District Captain and complained, as soon as the information was received, the Kotwali police registered an FIR and started legal action.
Let us tell you that even before this, the said accused had misbehaved with a policeman of Chowki Bhandari of Kotwali police station area, after which the police conducted a physical review of him.
