- Coriander – 50 grams
- Mint leaves – 10 grams
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Ginger- 5 grams
- Sugar – half teaspoon
- Thick curd – 1 bowl
- Salt – a pinch
- Lemon juice – half teaspoon
1. First of all, make a paste by adding coriander, mint, garlic, ginger, green chilli, salt and sugar in a bowl.
2. After this, add curd in a bowl and beat it lightly.
3. Add prepared green chutney paste to this curd and mix.
4. Squeeze lemon on top. Your delicious green chutney is ready.
