RCB hits jackpot in auction, buys powerful player for IPL 2025; Continuously showing success in SMAT

Krunal Pandya in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy: Indian all-rounder Krunal Pandya, who plays domestic cricket from Baroda, has been bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for Rs 5.75 crore in the Indian Premier League (IPL) auction. Now, after just a few days, it looks like they have hit the jackpot. Krunal has consistently performed brilliantly in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Krunal has bowled sharp and economical consistently in four matches this season. RCB fans must be very happy seeing Krunal's amazing performance.

Krunal Pandya is continuously bowling economically.

Krunal, who was captaining Baroda, bowled only two overs against Gujarat in which he took one wicket for 17 runs. After this, he has bowled full four overs in every match. Against Uttarakhand, he took one wicket for 31 runs in four overs. His bowling was excellent even in the tough match against Tamil Nadu.

Against Tamil Nadu, Krunal took one wicket for 26 runs in four overs. In the recent match played against Tripura, Krunal spent only 22 runs in four overs and took two wickets. Even though Krunal has got only five wickets in four matches, his economy has been quite excellent.

Prithvi Shaw was out cheaply again

Prithvi Shaw's bad phase in the tournament continues. Even against Kerala, Shaw could not convert a good start into a big innings and after scoring 22 runs in 13 balls, he threw away his wicket by playing a bad shot. Against Maharashtra, he was out without opening the account in three balls. Sanju Samson also could not do anything special in this match.

Sanju was clean bowled by Shardul Thakur after scoring four runs in four balls. Ruturaj Gaikwad has also flopped in another match. Gaikwad, who was captaining Maharashtra, was out after scoring only four runs in six balls against Andhra Pradesh. He was also seen doing wicketkeeping in this match. Hardik Pandya remained just three runs away from his third half-century.
