There are three types of fire cupping.

  • Bamboo Cupping – By doing this therapy here, the body gets relief. In this, a natural bamboo cup is made and set on fire, after that heat is transferred by making a section in the body.   • Horn Cupping: In this, animal horn is used, a cup made of horn is applied on the skin.
  • Glass Cupping: Here the method of cupping therapy is the best, in this a glass is used, the glass is filled with fire and a section is placed in the body, due to which carbon dioxide comes there and a vacuum is created. It sticks to the muscles completely. Due to this, heat energy is transferred.

2-Ice Cupping:

Sports athletes mostly use this therapy at the time of injury. If someone gets injured while playing and there is swelling there, or there is a missing injury, then therapy is given by putting ice in a cup. Due to which there is a cooling effect because there is a burning sensation there and along with this, the blood circulation increases at that place, thus providing relief from cold.

3-Wet Cupping:

Dr. Ajit Rana explains that with this the impure blood accumulated in any part of the body is purified. If there is muscle tightening somewhere, it means that impure blood has accumulated there. With the help of a surgical blade, a very light cut is made at that place and impure blood is removed by wet cupping. Then new blood is formed there. It is mostly used for detox.
