Green chilli chutney note easy recipe
Coriander – 50 grams
Mint leaves – 10 grams
Garlic – 3 cloves
Ginger- 5 grams
Sugar – half teaspoon
Thick curd – 1 bowl
Salt – a pinch
Lemon juice – half teaspoon
1. First of all, make a paste by adding coriander, mint, garlic, ginger, green chilli, salt and sugar in a bowl.
2. After this, add curd in a bowl and beat it lightly.
3. Add prepared green chutney paste to this curd and mix.
4. Squeeze lemon on top. Your delicious green chutney is ready.
