- Paneer: 250 grams
- Onion: 1 (chopped)
- Green chilli: 4 (chopped)
- Capsicum: 1 (chopped)
- Green Onions: 2 (chopped)

- Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
- Flour: 50 grams
- Corn flour: 2 teaspoons
- Chili Sauce: 1 tsp
- Tomato Sauce: 1 tsp
- Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper Powder (Black Pepper): 1/2 tsp
- Oil – 50 grams
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala/Saji Masala (Garam Masala) – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:-
1 First of all, mix flour, corn flour, chilli and salt in a bowl and make a fine paste.
2. Now add cheese, mix and leave for some time.
3. Then take some oil in a pan and fry the Paneer Tikki in it.
