Lo say, youth have done Chhetarpindi with cyber thug Gujarati
In cases of cyber crime, scammers often scam people, but a shocking incident has come to light in Kanpur. Here a young man has threatened his pursuer. The fraudster had contacted the youth by pretending to be a government official. He had demanded Rs 16,000 from the young man to solve the false case. The young man showed his cleverness and instead of giving money to the scammer, he got the money paid from him.
According to media reports, recently a young man named Bhupendra had received a call from a scammer. The scammers identified themselves as CBI officers and told Bhupendra that a girl had filed an FIR against him. To scare Bhupendra, Kaubhandi had also sent some edited photos and videos. Kaubandhi said that it will cost Rs 16 thousand to solve this matter. Hearing this, Bhupendra became suspicious and planned to answer Chhetarpindi in his own language.
Bhupendra told the scammer that he had a gold chain which he would sell to arrange the money but his family should not know about this incident. Bhupendra said that he wants to take a loan by selling the chain, but its cost will be Rs 3,000. The fraudster got trapped in Bhupendra’s trap and he transferred Rs 3,000.
After this, Bhupendra got his friend identified as Zaveri to talk to the fraudsters and got a total of Rs 7,000 more transferred in two weeks. In this way, he had defrauded the scammer of a total of Rs 10,000. When the fraudster realized that he had been cheated, he asked Bhupendra to return his money. Bhupendra has complained about this matter to the police and said that he will donate the money embezzled by the fraudster to some needy person.
