  • Case filed against mother and two sons living abroad for falsifying facts in documents

Lucknow . In Uttar Pradesh, the work of Special Intensive Review (SIR) is being done with seriousness and complete transparency. Under this, a case has been registered against a mother and her two sons living abroad for filling wrong information by hiding facts in the SIR form in Rampur district.

District Magistrate Rampur Ajay Kumar Dwivedi said that in Part No. 248 of Assembly Constituency 37, Rampur, a case of filling wrong information in the facts came to light during the digital form feeding by the BLO after receiving the counting forms from the voters.

The District Magistrate said that during the SIR, this fact came to notice that the enumeration forms were filled in the name of voter number 645 Aamir (currently resident in Dubai) and voter number 648 Danish (currently resident in Kuwait). During the investigation, it became clear that Noorjahan, the mother of the two persons, had improperly submitted the counting forms in their names while hiding the true facts, which is a serious violation of election related rules. On this, the Assistant Registration Officer lodged a complaint in the Civil Lines police station and an FIR has been lodged against the woman Noorjahan, her son Aamir Khan and Danish Khan.

The DM has appealed to the people of the district that action will be taken against the concerned for any kind of wrong entry, hiding of facts or giving inappropriate details in the SIR work.
