The system of manual billing has been stopped in Coal India companies. When the coal from the mine goes to the weighing house for dispatch, an online bill is generated as soon as it is weighed from there. This happens through sap. Its complete control is in the central server. The customer also receives a copy of the bill through mail. The customer comes to know that his coal has been dispatched. Information about weight and price of coal is also available. CCL is using the software of a Chandigarh company. A virus has entered the software of this company.
