Noida. Late on Saturday night, four members of a family living in Haraula village, Sector 5, Police Station Face-One area, were brutally attacked by a madman with a sharp weapon.
All four were seriously injured in this incident. She was admitted to a hospital for treatment, where the woman died during treatment. Three people injured in this incident are undergoing treatment.
Vijay Kumar Gupta, media in-charge of Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh, said that Surendra Sharma, son of Nandlal Sharma, aged 42 years, lives with his wife Sanju Devi, 40 years, and two daughters, Jyoti, 19 years, and Julie, 14 years, in Harola village.
On Saturday night, he was sleeping with his family on the terrace of his house. He told that around 2 o’clock on Saturday night, a person named Har Naam living in his neighborhood went to the family sleeping on the terrace.
He attacked them with a sharp weapon. He told that Surendra Sharma, his wife and both daughters were seriously injured in this incident. He was admitted to a hospital for treatment, where Sanju Devi, 40, died during treatment.
The condition of Surendra Sharma and his two daughters remains critical. He is undergoing treatment in the hospital. He told that after getting information about the incident, the police reached the spot, took the body into their custody and sent it for post-mortem.
He told that the police is searching for the accused. He is absconding. Due to this incident, sensation has spread in Haraula village. According to the people nearby, the accused used to work at an air condition repairing center shop.
Some people said that the accused Harnam is an eccentric type of person. The police are trying to find out why this incident happened.
