Chief Electoral Officer Uttarakhand Dr. BVRC Purushottam, Additional Chief Electoral Officer Uttarakhand Dr. Vijay Kumar Jogdande, District Magistrate Prashant Arya and Superintendent of Police Kamlesh Upadhyay welcomed him at the helipad. After some time the Chief Election Commissioner will go to Yamunotri Dham.
