Supaul. A review meeting was organized through video conferencing on Friday under the chairmanship of District Magistrate-cum-Principal Census Officer Sawan Kumar regarding the preparations for the first phase of Census 2027. The meeting took place at 3:30 pm, in which all the concerned officials and charge census officers of the district participated.
During the review, the District Magistrate directed all the in-charge census officers to complete the pending HLB works soon. He said that the data entry and linking work being done by the enumerators should be properly verified through supervisors, so that there is no error in the census work.
It was informed in the meeting that marking and data entry work has been completed in 4135 HLBs against total 4198 HLBs in the district, which is 98.5 percent of the total target.
The District Magistrate also directed to complete the remaining works within the stipulated time limit and maintain transparency and accuracy in all the processes.
