3. If you keep in mind that you have to drink green tea after dinner, you will automatically reduce the amount of food you eat at night. Even so, doctors advise to make the dinner light.

4. Green tea should be consumed at least one hour before going to bed. It improves sleep. Nervous tension and anxiety settle down a lot.
5. Any good habit that is followed regularly has an impact on the overall lifestyle. If you think that dinner should be finished early, green tea after a while, and then you can go to sleep after a while, then you will automatically get stuck in a certain routine throughout the day.
