Here a 73-year-old elderly woman was taken to the bank on a cart to withdraw her pension. After the video of the incident went viral, the bank administration had to give clarification and eventually the branch manager also apologized to the woman.
According to the information, Kishan Pyari, a resident of Hathi Khan area of Fatehgarh, receives the family pension of her late husband. Her husband was working in the electricity department and received pension after retirement. After his death, this pension was transferred to the name of Kishan Pyari.
The system of banks sometimes becomes a problem for the customers, a few days ago a video from Odisha had surfaced in which a young man reached the bank carrying his 72 year old grandmother on a cart. His allegation is that the bank manager said that he needs pension and should bring his grandmother to the bank. It is being told that Kishan Pyari is suffering from a serious hip injury and is unable to walk. Despite this, it was said that it was necessary to take him to the bank branch to complete the process of withdrawing his pension. Under compulsion, the family members made him sit on a wooden cart and took him to the bank with an umbrella to protect him from the scorching sun.

Bank manager apologized after video went viral
After the matter escalated, bank branch manager Pravesh Verma admitted that a mistake had been made in this matter. After this, he himself reached Kishan Pyari’s house, provided him pension and issued a video message expressing his regret.
