Patna Coaching Controversy: Shock to Gyan Bindu Coaching Director Roshan Anand, court rejects bail plea.

New Delhi. Roshan Anand, director of Patna’s Gyan Bindu Coaching, will have to remain in jail for now. Patna Civil Court has rejected his regular bail plea. Roshan Anand and his two associates Abhishek and Gaurav were arrested on June 3 in the case of attack on Khan Sir’s coaching center Khan Global Studies. Since then all three are in judicial custody. Earlier this morning, giving a big relief to Khan sir, the court has stayed his arrest till June 20.

Roshan Anand had said at the time of his arrest that a conspiracy was being hatched against him. He had also claimed that even though not a single bullet was fired, there were reports of firing taking place. In fact, on the night of June 2, some people had torn the banners and posters of the Institute outside Khan Global Studies and also pelted stones at the coaching institute. Khan sir, owner of Khan Global Studies, had alleged that the attackers also fired several rounds. However, later a video of this entire incident went viral on social media which turned the entire case in a new direction. In the video, two guards of Khan sir were seen firing. After this the police also arrested those two guards. During interrogation, he told that he had opened fire on the instructions of Khan Sir. After this the police also added Khan sir’s name in the FIR.

In this case, to avoid arrest, Khan sir had filed an anticipatory bail petition, which has been approved. Actually this whole controversy started after the result of Bihar Police Recruitment was declared. Both Khan Global Studies and Gyan Bindu Coaching Center claimed to have the maximum number of students selected from their respective institutes. Not only this, a felicitation ceremony was also organized for the successful candidates. Banners and posters were put up for this. It is being told that the poster of Khan Global Studies was put on the board of Gyan Bindu Coaching Centre, this is where the controversy erupted. The police is currently investigating this entire matter.
