Due to which the internet has been shut down in the entire area to prevent people from gathering at one place. Apart from this, a large contingent of Rangers was deployed to deal with the protesters. After a clash with the police during the funeral of a protestor, they opened fire on the public and there have been reports of firing and lathicharge during today’s protests as well.
