On the orders of the court, Kotwali police has registered a case against father and son resident of Bhaluahi village under various sections including fraud and started investigating the matter. Ramshiromani Maurya, resident of Karanpur village of Singramau police station area, had filed an application in the court alleging that Jai Prakash Shukla and his son Abhishek, resident of Bhaluahi village, took Rs 5 lakh 50 thousand three times for registering the land from Araji number 792. .

Also purchased a stamp worth Rs 1 lakh 89 thousand 100 for selling the land on January 31, 2024. Despite this, the father and son did not register the land. On demanding money, he abused and threatened to kill and refused to give the money. In this regard, Inspector-in-charge Vinod Kumar Mishra told at 6 pm on Thursday that a case has been registered and the matter is being investigated.
