IndiGo cancels over 100 flights today, Railways runs special trains for passenger convenience

Passengers should have been given the option to book tickets from another airline: Passenger Runa Kumari.

Amidst the cancellation of Indigo flights, Railways has announced special trains in different parts of the country for the convenience of passengers. Runa Kumari, a passenger, says, “I have a return ticket for December 21…I am a working woman from the IT industry…I have reached here by train, but the return ticket is by flight. So, my hours will be affected. Similarly, those who have a medical emergency or some urgent work will also be affected…The train will take 12-13 hours to reach, no matter how fast it is.
