Aishwarya Rai bhabhi, Shrima Rai, responds to trolls for being jealous of the actress: Not your…

Shrima Rai finally breaks silence on being compared with ‘nanad’ Aishwarya Rai. Check out her reaction.

Aishwarya Rai’s brother Aditya Rai is married to Shrima Rai, a beauty influencer with over 1.3 lakh Instagram followers. She was crowned Mrs. India Globe in 2009. Shrima has been making headlines currently for responding to the trolls who have been after life for not posting pics with Aishwarya Rai and Aaradhya Bachchan. She recently addressed trolls accusing her of being jealous of Aishwarya.

Taking to social media, Shrima firmly defended herself, emphasising her individuality and clarifying that her posts are a reflection of her life, not comparisons to others. In response to the accusations, she candidly stated, “Not your business,” dismissing assumptions about her relationship with Aishwarya.

The controversy started when social media users rediscovered an old Instagram post by Shrima featuring her family: her husband Aditya, their children, and her mother-in-law Brindya Rai, who is also Aishwarya’s mother. Many were surprised to learn of Shrima’s connection to Aishwarya, with one user commenting, “I never knew you were Aishwarya’s sister-in-law until your recent pictures.” Shrima’s reply, “Good, I want you to see me for me,” sparked speculation on Reddit. This led to rumours suggesting that Shrima held grudges toward Aishwarya due to her lack of posts featuring the actress or her daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan.

To clarify the situation, Shrima shared a direct message from the original commenter, who apologised for the misunderstanding. The user explained that their comment was misrepresented by media outlets, adding, “It’s your life, and it’s completely up to you what to post and what not to. I respect and adore you.”

Shrima responded gracefully, reassuring the commenter with, “It’s not your fault”.

Shrima Rai’s another statement addressing the rumours

Shrima Rai addressed circulating rumours and unverified claims on Reddit by issuing a statement to set the record straight. She explained, “For context, my birthday was on November 21, and as always, I received flowers, for which I publicly expressed my gratitude. Before becoming a blogger and content creator, I worked in Wealth Management as a banker for several years. I was also Gladrags Mrs. India Globe 2009. Since 2017, I have transitioned into the blogging space.”

She further clarified, “I have never attempted to launch any business by leveraging anyone else’s name. These are the facts, and I’m sharing them because they are important. I’ve built my independent career as a content creator entirely on my own. As a woman, it’s disheartening to see attempts to undermine that. My husband, mother-in-law, and parents can all vouch for my journey. As a mother, it is crucial for me to ensure that the truth is upheld when my name is mentioned.”
