However, it is not like that. Because even without these two things, the vegetable is made of tremendous taste. Here we are telling how to make Shahi Paneer from Jain recipe-

– Cumin

– cardamom powder

– Ginger

– Green chilli

how to make

To make it, first put tomatoes in the blender and then add some cashew nuts to it and grind it.

Heat ghee or butter in a pan and then add cumin seeds, cardamom powder, grated ginger and chopped green chilies and then fry.

Now pour the tomato puree into the pan with the help of a sieve. Mix well.

After boiling, add sugar, salt, Kashmiri powder, garam masala, tandoori masala, and kasoori fenugreek and mix it well.

Now add milk to the gravy and mix it well.

To add paneer to the gravy, cut it into square or triangular shape and then mix it in the gravy. Add coriander to the vegetable and then serve with lachha paratha or naan.
