Arshdeep Singh jokingly told Virat, “Paaji, runs short of a century.” Had the target been higher, Virat would have scored his third consecutive century in three matches, he wanted to say. Virat Kohli’s subsequent response will not stop any fan.
Kohli said, “You win the toss, otherwise you are certain to score a century with all those dews.” Kohli meant that if Team India had not won the toss, they would have had to bat first. In such a situation, Arshdeep Singh would have had to bowl with dew in the second innings. Kohli mocked Arshdeep saying that if that had happened, the left-arm fast bowler could have scored more than 100 runs.
