Yashasvi Jaiswal’s brilliant batting against South Africa
Visakhapatnam: In the third ODI, India defeated South Africa by 9 wickets and won the three-match ODI series 2-1. In this match played in Visakhapatnam, South Africa, batting first, had set a target of 271 runs for India. In response, India achieved this target in 39.5 overs and registered an easy victory. With this, Team India won the three-match series 2-1. Virat Kohli batted brilliantly for Team India in this entire series. He scored centuries in two out of three matches.
De Kock scored a century for South Africa
In this match, India won the toss and decided to bowl first. Quinton de Kock scored the most runs for South Africa in this match. He played an innings of 106 runs, while captain Temba Bavuma scored 48 runs. De Kock and Bavuma made a partnership of 114 runs for the second wicket. Yashasvi Jaiswal played match winning innings for India
Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal gave a great start to Team India in this match while chasing the target. Both added 155 for the first wicket. Team India got its first blow in this match in the form of Rohit Sharma. He was out after scoring 75 runs in 73 balls with the help of 7 fours and 3 sixes. After this, in-form batsman Virat Kohli entered the crease. Virat continued his excellent form in this match also. He completed his fifty in 40 balls. There was a partnership of 116 runs for the second wicket between Virat and Jaiswal and both the batsmen returned after finishing the match. Jaiswal returned unbeaten after scoring 116 runs in 121 balls. During this period he hit 12 fours and two sixes. Whereas Virat Kohli played a brilliant inning of 65 runs in 45 balls with the help of 6 fours and 3 sixes.
