Kolkata:A huge confluence of faith and culture will be seen this Sunday at the prestigious Brigade Parade Ground in Kolkata. Here about five lakh people will recite Bhagavad Gita together. This event is being considered historic both in terms of its scale and purpose.

This program is being organized by an organization called Sanatan Sanskriti Sansad, whose objective is to spread the universal message of Geeta and the basic teachings of Sanatan Dharma to the people. Organizers say that the knowledge of Geeta is not limited to just a religious scripture, but also provides guidance on life, duty, patience and self-discipline.
