Ingredients to make Peanut Chikki

Peanuts 200 grams,

Jaggery 100 grams,

Ghee 1 spoon and water 1 to 2 tbsp water will be required.

How to make Peanut Chikki

To make peanut chikki, first of all peel the peanuts and fry them well. After this, keep the pan on the gas and add peanuts and fry them lightly on low flame. When the aroma starts coming, turn off the gas.

Now add jaggery and 1 tablespoon water in a pan and boil it, so that the jaggery melts well. But in the meanwhile keep stirring the ladle so that the jaggery does not stick to the pan.

After the jaggery melts, add 1 teaspoon ghee and mix well. When the jaggery and ghee mixture melts well, add roasted peanuts to it and mix well. Mix this mixture well and make a smooth mixture.

Now apply ghee in a plate and put this paste in it and spread it in equal size. Now leave it to cool and give it any shape you want. Your delicious peanut chikki is ready, now eat it yourself and feed it to others too.
