– 10 slices bread
– 4 barfi
– 2 liters of milk
– 2 liters of milk
– 1 cup sugar
Almonds and pistachios for garnishing
– 4 tbsp ghee
– pinch of saffron
– rose petals
– Silver Work


Taking a bowl, you have to cut small round pieces of bread.
Make sugar syrup by adding water to half a cup of sugar.
You have to boil the milk till it thickens.
Add ice cream and remaining sugar to it and boil it. Heat the griddle and roast the bread pieces well by applying ghee.
Now dip them in sugar syrup and take them out.
Mix the remaining sugar syrup in the rasmalai.
Now mix the bread pieces in the rasmalai.
After this sprinkle almonds, pistachios and saffron on top of them. Garnish with silver work and rose petals and serve.
