Ripe avocado – 2
Chopped onion – 2 tablespoons
Garlic chopped – 3 cloves
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste

Ingredients for toast
Bread slices – 4
Butter – 2 tsp
Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon

First of all, take avocados in a large bowl and mash them well.
Now add chopped garlic, chopped onion, black pepper and mix everything well.
– After this, add lemon juice and coriander to this mixture. Mix well once again.
Make sure that all the ingredients are mixed well. This way the avocado mixture is ready.
– Now take bread slices and apply butter on both sides. – Now heat a non-stick pan/pan on medium flame on gas.

When the pan is hot, add the bread slices and fry them well on both the sides till they become golden brown.
– When the bread slices are cooked properly, remove them from the pan and cut them into triangles or any shape of your choice.
– Now spread the avocado mixture well around these bread slices.
– Sprinkle mixed herbs and chili flakes over the slices. – Prepare all the toasts one by one in the same way.
