  • Gram flour – 1 cup
  • Tomato – 1 cut into round shape

  • Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon

  • Celery- half teaspoon
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Tomato Besan Veg Omelette Recipe

  • -First of all, add gram flour, onion, green chilli, coriander seeds, crushed tomatoes, celery, red chilli powder, salt as per taste in a big bowl and mix well.
  • Add one cup of water to it and prepare a thick solution. Keep in mind that this solution should neither be too thin nor too thick so that it does not spread easily on the pan.
  • Cover it well and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes.
