चिल्ली पनीर रेसिपी

  • Paneer: 250 grams
  • Onion: 1 (chopped)
  • Green chilli: 4 (chopped)
  • Capsicum: 1 (chopped)
  • Green Onions: 2 (chopped)
  • Ginger Garlic: (minced)
  • Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
  • Flour: 50 grams
  • Corn flour: 2 teaspoons
  • Chili Sauce: 1 tsp
  • Tomato Sauce: 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper Powder (Black Pepper): 1/2 tsp
  • Oil – 50 grams
  • Salt- 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala/Saji Masala (Garam Masala) – 1 tsp

Method of preparation:-

1 First of all, mix flour, corn flour, chilli and salt in a bowl and make a fine paste.
2. Now add cheese, mix and leave for some time.
3. Then take some oil in a pan and fry the Paneer Tikki in it.
