Purnia: A tense situation has arisen during the by-election in Rupauli. There has been a clash between the police and the villagers. The villagers have pelted stones at the police force. There was a clash between the police and the public at the booth of Madhya Vidyalaya Bhangra in Shahidganj of Bhawanipur.
