‘Cockroach Janata Party’ website also closed, heavy police outside Abhijeet Deepke’s house

New Delhi: The official website of ‘Cockroach Janata Party’ (CJP), which came into discussion after the remarks of CJI Surya Kant, has also been closed. Party founder Abhijeet Deepke has called it dictatorship. Police have also been deployed outside his house.

Website and social media accounts closed

The party’s website cockroachjantaparty.org is no longer functional. Earlier, the party’s X handle was banned in India. Abhijeet Deepke claimed that his personal Instagram account has also been hacked.

Deepke said that 10 lakh people had registered on this website. Out of these, 6 lakh people had demanded the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and accused him of failure in the NEET paper leak case.

Abhijeet Deepke’s statement

Abhijit Deepke asked in a post, “Why is the government so scared?” He described it as a dictatorial attitude that opens the eyes of the youth. Deepke said, “Cockroaches never die. We will start work on the new website soon.”

He has appealed to his supporters to maintain peace. He said that if there is any protest, he will have nothing to do with it. Deepke warned the supporters that the government was waiting for the smallest mistake so that the entire movement could be defamed.

Police stationed outside the house

Police force has been deployed outside Abhijeet Deepke’s house in Hingoli district of Maharashtra. Deputy Commissioner of Police Pankaj Atulkar said that this step has been taken to prevent any untoward incident. Deepke is currently studying in America. Police said that the deployment will continue for the next few days. There is a lot of curiosity among people about this party and Deepke.

Earlier, Abhijeet Deepke had shared a screenshot of death threat on social media. He revealed that he was receiving death threats. Let us tell you that CJP’s Instagram account had more than 2.2 crore followers, which is more than the official accounts of BJP and Congress.
