Ingredients for making Cheese Cutlets

Potatoes: 2 (boiled)
Bread slices: 2
Mozzarella Cheese: 1/2 cup (grated)
Green chili: 1 finely (chopped)
Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: as per taste
Green coriander: 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Flour: 2 tbsp
Oil: for frying

How to make Cheese Cutlets

1. First put the bread in the mixer and make bread crumbs. After this peel the potatoes and grate them. Now add salt, green coriander, green chili, red chili powder, half bread crumbs to the potato and mix all the things well and prepare the mixture.

2. To make a solution of white flour, add a little water to it and dissolve it until the lumps are gone, and then add water to it and mix it to make a thin solution. A slurry diluted with 4 to 5 tablespoons of water will be prepared in 2 tablespoons of flour. Now add black pepper and a little salt to it and mix.

3. To make cutlets, heat oil in a pan and apply some oil on your hands. Now take a little mixture and press it with your fingers and make it like a pit in the middle by increasing it slightly. Put half a teaspoon of mozzarella cheese in it and close the cheese by lifting the potato from all sides. Give the cutlet a round shape by rolling it between the hands, then flatten it to give it the shape of a cutlet and prepare all the cutlets in the same way.

4. After this, take the cutlets and dip them in the flour solution first and then put them in the bread crumbs and keep them wrapped well with the crumbs.

5. Put the cutlets in medium hot oil for frying and fry the cutlets till they turn golden brown from all sides. Take out the cutlets in a plate as soon as they are fried well, fry the remaining cutlets in the same way. Cheese cutlets are ready. Serve these tempting Cheesy Cutlets with green coriander chutney or tomato sauce and relish eating.
