Easy method to make Crispy Gol Mathri at home
Material
200 grams wheat flour
1/4 cup semolina flour or rice flour
one spoon desi ghee
half teaspoon celery
Cumin
Asafoetida
freshly ground black pepper

How to make wheat flour lachha mathri
Take wheat flour in a bowl and add semolina, celery, salt, black pepper, cumin and rice flour to it.
Add one spoon ghee, mix it and knead a stiff dough with water.
Leave for 10-15 minutes, then cut the dough and roll out the puris.
Beans can also be cut in round shape and can also be cut into long pieces to make lachha.
Keep the oil hot and fry all the mathris until they turn golden and serve.
